Our Mission

The Friends of the Band Shell Park was organized to explore options for future use of the Paul Gauche Memorial Band Shell and the Thomas Owens City Park in downtown Two Harbors with the hope of revitalizing the area and creating a “Town Square” concept. In 2019, architectural concepts had been drawn and funds are being raised to make this transformative Performing Arts Center a reality.
